The leading platform for showcasing emerging and exciting fashion talent in the country is back for the 2015 edition of Fashion Week in Nigeria. Africa Fashion Week Nigeria 2015 will take place on the 23rd and 24th of May 2015 at the Eko Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos and will be hosted by Mr. Nigeria 2014, Emmauel Ikubese.

The inaugural edition of Africa Fashion Week Nigeria provides an opportunity for talented Nigerian designers to present their works to strengthen and develop the international competitiveness of Nigeria's fashion industry.

Oreka Godis has also been announced as the Fashion Brand Ambassador of AFWN2015, whose role will be to help with the synergy of the project and identify undiscovered talent.

With this year's theme––Showcasing our Cultural Heritage through Fashion––over 30 young and upcoming designers will showcase to a global audience. Notable fashion labels presenting their collection on the runway include Tina Lobondi, winner of Britain's Next Top Designer Zeeno Dee, Marco Martinez, and Omaemihe.
